CODE OF CONDUCT:
Lethbridge United 18U AAA travels across Western Canada for league games and showcase events. Every trip reflects our program’s values of
safety, discipline, and professionalism — ensuring players, staff, and families proudly represent The U wherever we go. Travel is part of our identity; from preparation and punctuality to behavior on the road, each journey reinforces the standards that define Lethbridge United —
focused, accountable, and united.
- Respect: Players, parents, and coaches treat teammates, officials, and staff with professionalism.
- Accountability: Each member owns their effort, discipline, and attitude — on and off the ice.
- Sportsmanship: Compete with pride and composure while representing The U everywhere we go.
- Substance Policy: No alcohol, vaping, or banned substances during any official team travel or events.
- Parent Conduct: Support coaches/officials respectfully; address issues privately and constructively.
- Facility Care: Dressing rooms, buses, and hotels must stay clean, organized, and left better than found.
